WHEN I ARRIVED THE LINE WAS PRETTY LONG AND THE WAIT WAS LONG AS WELL AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

Horrible service. Dr yetura does not call for phone appointments. No one at the place actually knows whats going on, like if they are doing telehealth visits or zoom. No one is ever on time, and they dont call to update that they are running behind. No matter how many times you update contact information they will NEVER contact you correctly and eveyone says something different. My grandmother had a telehealth appoitnment, they missed it, she ended up going to the hospital. When she was realsed the doctor was paged for follo... read more

I have never waited less than an hour to get called back. Then they get you in the exam room and you sit for another hour. Two hours of my life I will never get back today. I am not returning.

The checkin is ridiculous. 1 person for a line of ppl. Then they are not friendly on the 2nd floor, the 1st floor check in is ok. Then they are steadily canceling appointments, then blaming it on a new system. But somehow you get the reminder call the day before. My husband has just got out hospital, we called to get an earlier appointment before the 12/6. We were informed that the 6th was fine. He was out hospital 11/22/18. Now they want me to reschedule when we already waiting longer than his home nurse & hospital recommen... read more
