Friendly and helpful staff.
Wasted a couple hours sitting in their waiting area while the place filled and emptied 3 times. I suggest going to a different facility that cares about your time:
Why are there 3 people sitting at lab registration desk doing nothing & seeing that, I went straight to the desk. Then one woman with black hair (she seemed the oldest of the 3) looks at me, looks at the kiosk and I said "seriously? There's no one here but you want me to use the kiosk to sign in?" Then she says "well, you're here now, so I can check you in"! Trust me, if that is how operations works, then you only need one person sitting there! I didn't know where the lab was and front desk was super nice and helpful. The phlebotomist and the staff at testing desk were very very nice and helpful. I did not have to wait very long and the phlebotomist did an awesome job, very friendly and professional
The woman working at the front desk today at 8:49 in the morning, very rude. First, bad experience that I've ever had at good shepherd lab.
