Long wait.
Everyone's experience at an emergency room will be different. Mine was a pretty good experience here. The front desk people, the lady who got me admitted, the nurses, staff people, and doctors, were all very kind to me. Yes, there's a wait. But they take people in order of severity. I had a kidney stone so I understood why they had to give me a bed in the hallway. It's an emergency room and they're just using the space as efficiently as possible.
