As per usual, Good Shepherd has been amazing to work with. After having some sensitivity I was able to get in within a week for my first mammogram. Everything was explained so well to me. I had to come back for a biopsy and that was scheduled super fast too. The nurse who called me to prep me for the procedure answered all my questions and walked me through everything to calm my nerves. I went here for an annual mammogram, they called me the next day and asked me to come back, they said my pictures were not clear, it was an orientee who did mine, so I did went back thinking that was the problem that she didn’t do it right, but a month after I got a bill from them, so they charged me twice, the first one was the annual mammogram and then the 2nd one that they had me come back, they charged it as diagnostic. Came in for annual screening mammogram on Friday May 31st. I was greeted immediately, checked in and accompanied to dressing room. Changed into gown and directed to waiting room where I waited briefly before I was called. My technician, Cathy was the best ever! In and out quickly. We'll done Good Sheperd!
