We just welcomed our third child at Advocate Good Shepherd and had an excellent experience. Our first two children were born at St. Alexius, so we have a direct comparison, and the care here felt noticeably more attentive and organized. The nurses and staff were compassionate, responsive, and very reassuring throughout labor, surgery, and recovery. Communication was clear and we always felt well cared for. My husband had cataract surgery and his team was amazing. Barb R and Sheila were his nurses. Dr Dilman is awesome and Daniel was the Anesthesiologist. They were all so great and we appreciate them so much.
