We scheduled my mom’s ultrasound at this location as ordered by her specialist physician twice over the course of two months. Both appointments were cancelled without notification. We made changes in our schedule and arrangements to ensure we can get to the appointment, drove for an hour to this location since they can only perform this test at this facility, just to be told the person who scheduled the appointment placed it in the wrong slot and there is no active appointment in the system.
