I really enjoyed working with our representative Juan from Advocate Construction. Juan is a very polite young man that did a great job working with my family. The construction crew showed up on time worked as late as they could to finish the job and left the job site in great condition we they left. Our new roof looks great I will call Advocate first if I ever have a roofing issue again.
When I was contacted by Jordan to discuss Advocate and the services that they were providing to homeowners in my neighborhood, I was instantly impressed with his level of professionalism and down to earth demeanor. After getting an estimate for storm damage from our insurance company (which included roof damage, siding damage, gutter damage, a broken window, damaged garage doors, and damaged trim), I was told that Advocate will only do roof, siding, and gutter work. And after speaking more with a supervisor (Jordan) I was told that, based on my estimate, Advocate might not even do the siding or gutters! Beware! They get the insurance company to agree that certain repairs need to be done and then they don't do them but expect to collect the check. Trying to get $4000 out of me for work they didn't do.
Advocate Construction was an excellent company. Matt was enjoyable & professional to work with. He kept us informed on the job schedule & for the work to be done. Complete roof, gutters & downspouts replaced. Crew cleaned up the work site & did a great job.
