Sharom handled our project in a professional manner from start to finish. We enjoyed doing business with him. Everything went smoothly and was no inconvenience to us.
We contacted Advocate to see if we could get our roof replaced due to Hail Damage, Matt made sure we filed everything with our insurance company correctly, and despite having to fight State Farm tooth and nail to get some serious repairs approved, Matt was with us every step of the way and made sure we got what we needed. Once we managed to get all the approvals, the team that did the replacement managed to finish it in two and a half days even in crazy 95 degree heat. Matt Crowley from Advocate made replacing our roof after storm damage so easy. He walked with us through every step of the process, making sure we understood everything that was happening and why. He especially made the insurance portion less stressful. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience.
This is the second roof we had Advocate replace for us. Andrew Cheek with Advocate was awesome in his customer service to us and provided updates throughout the process. The follow up on a few items after the roof was completed and paid for was far above average.
