We have been very pleased with the work by Advocate Construction. Jake Sanchez has been our primary point of contact. He is quick to communicate, ensures the right people get involved at the right time, and is overall a very pleasant person to work with. There were shifts and changes throughout the process, but that is to be expected in this type of work and the damage at this scale in our neighborhood. He stayed friendly and worked on our behalf. Your salesman Jordan is completely out of line in the way he does his adjuster meetings. Excessive foul language and getting combative when representing a homeowner is a terrible look for your company.

I used Advocate for a new roof and whole house siding due to hail damage. I could not be happier with Matt Crowley and all the assistance working with the insurance company to make the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend Advocate for all your home needs.

Recent hail storms had resulted in a flurry of new roofs in my area, but I was a holdout. Matt Crowley from Advocate convinced me to let him take a look at my roof and he showed me photos of the undeniable damage. Matt walked me through the insurance claim process and met the adjuster on the day of inspection. The new roof was installed in a day and the crew did a nice job of cleaning up. The whole process was painless and I would be happy to use Advocate again in the future.
