we went in there was very minimum wait time. the x-ray machine broke before we could be seen but the the X-ray tech was super kind and nice and notified us multiple times in the progress of the fix. only waited 15min. it was a great experience! Lydya was amazing!
I arrived at my appointment early just getting out of work makes no sense to go home than drive 45 minutes to make it on time Rachel was very sweet she took her time explaining why someone that came in after me was call before me even though our appointments were close in time. She apologized and that meant a lot especially when your day doesn't end so good. But Rachel was very sweet even though she looked like her day hadn't gone so well. I really do appreciate her.
Very poor experience and terrible excuses for professionals, you would have thought I went to a Vista facility. I showed up, by their time, 7mins late to my appointment as I got a flat tire on the way and had to stop to get air and a fix a flat. Instead of just saying they were sorry and that I missed my appointment for being late they went on about having me check in, go to registration and answer her questions and go sit in the waiting room. It appears that Maria at the reception desk is less than competent. I arrived 15 minutes early for my CT scan and signed in at the kiosk. I was then told to sit in the waiting area. About 3 minutes later, a Hispanic woman came in to register and stood at the reception desk for 25 minutes. After that, she called me to sign the HIPPA acknowledgment. Maria delayed my CT scan because it took her 25 minutes to register a patient. As I was leaving, I wanted to make sure that the results would also be sent to my cardiologist. I gav... read more
