Very poor experience and terrible excuses for professionals, you would have thought I went to a Vista facility. I showed up, by their time, 7mins late to my appointment as I got a flat tire on the way and had to stop to get air and a fix a flat. Instead of just saying they were sorry and that I missed my appointment for being late they went on about having me check in, go to registration and answer her questions and go sit in the waiting room. It appears that Maria at the reception desk is less than competent. I arrived 15 minutes early for my CT scan and signed in at the kiosk. I was then told to sit in the waiting area. About 3 minutes later, a Hispanic woman came in to register and stood at the reception desk for 25 minutes. After that, she called me to sign the HIPPA acknowledgment.
