The tech doing my ct scan was great. The misinformation on timing to get the ct back from MULTIPLE people is not acceptable. Makes it very hard to schedule follow ups when you're being told 48 hours at the beginning to now it could be at least a week.
I've never had a bad experience with MRI or an ultrasound or a blood test. All personnel were friendly and competent. Waiting times were short whenever I was there.
Whoever answered the phone today was a very rude old woman. I have severe lower back pain and she did not understand if I wanted to see a doctor or had an appoinmemt. She was yelling at me and did not gave an answer to my concerns.
