I've never had a bad experience with MRI or an ultrasound or a blood test. All personnel were friendly and competent. Waiting times were short whenever I was there.
Whoever answered the phone today was a very rude old woman. I have severe lower back pain and she did not understand if I wanted to see a doctor or had an appoinmemt. She was yelling at me and did not gave an answer to my concerns.
