I've been here for both Primary and urgent care services. The urgent care is pretty hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes you're in and out. The Primary Care and specialist services are fairly decent; not as good as NWM, but good enough on their own. If you need a knowledgeable specialist with access to various tests and equipment, however, I would recommend going to Northwestern or Rush.
We had an appt with Dr. Plitt the ENT Doctor. He was very patient and informative on what the next steps should be for proper care. I’m glad we found him as a specialist.
