Been going here often for about 2 years. Im not gonna lie the first few times were rough and unpleasant, to the point where I almost got up and walked out due to poor service to myself a patient. However, The past 15 or so times Ive been here were wonderful. I think this location is majorly improving, The nurses seem well qualified, The front desk receptionists are no longer screaming at you or angry, no more long waits, etc. I know this should all be taken for granted and expected, however, today I called at 11 AM and sched... read more

I was late to my Son's Doctor's appointment 5 minutes. We check in, as we were waiting in the waiting area, 20 minutes after receptionist approaches us to say we're not going to see your son because, you were late. I could of have been told from the beginning ,before telling me to have a seat. Dr ARKEEMA it was nice to meet you, you we're a good Doctor to my son but it's time to change Doctor's, not coming back here again ..

I also was refused care with an appointment for an abdominal exam after testing negative for Covid-19 in 2021 and had both baseline vaccines. I was told Doctors do not see sick people . Really, than what do they do? I was asked if I was sure my visit was in person and not teladoc.. Yes, I am certain.. it an abdominal exam, can't be done over the computer. The person who scheduled me was aware of my symptoms, one was a possible Covid-19 symptom, and I was just tested negative when treated for strep! I got worse and spiked a h... read more

I hate google because they don't allow me to put zero stars. My doctor is a great but he is overloaded. This is a terrible place because you must wait for 6 months to get an appointment with your primary doctor, where normal specialist appointments you can get in a month or two. The management is overloading the doctors and 50% of the consulting time is managed by LPNs and CNAs. If you want to live longer, please avoid this place.
