Front staff girls are awesome and super funny. The MA’s are all so kind and caring along with the providers. This office is definitely a 5 star office!!!! One more thing the girls always pick up the phone which I love!!!!!!!!!!!
Experienced horrible customer service today regarding a past due balance i wasn’t aware of. Upon walking in i was asked to pay a total of something that did not correctly reflect my account & was serviced in the most rude way possible . If i did not question the bill i would have been paying for 2 office visits that were pending thru insurance . For this reason i am changing pediatricians immediately ! Kindness and common sense is so vital!
Dr.Andrews always takes time with my kids. He's a good listener. Great pediatrician and experience. The office team is friendly and welcoming.
Everyone is great: front desk professional, kind; nurses: friendly, compassionate, caring; doctors: thorough, have bedside manners, and all the above.
