I had tests run which took me making multiple calls to the office to receive back despite them being returned. Upon receiving a call back, I learned nothing about what could have caused the issue, the nurse practitioner, Lisa, went back on what she said in the office because the bleeding stopped and told me I might have had the “flu”? This office and Dr. Grossman have been a part of my healthcare team for about 15 years. Dr. Grossman does not just "doctor" his patients, he takes time to educate and inform patients at every stage of development. He does so with a calm compassion.
