Professional, thorough, and compassionate staff, from the front desk to the doctors!
Dr. Grossman and his team are beyond amazing. I delivered my baby in April (induction at 40 weeks 2 days) and it was the most organized and simple experience I could have asked for (especially as a first time mom) With every appointment, the girls at the front desk always had a smile on their faces and made the start of each visit so easy. Wonderfully friendly practice. I began going here when I followed my CNMW, Bobbi here, but I've stayed even though she moved away. I feel I've had great care here. But the one downfall is the huge amount of time they leave you waiting in your room after you've changed. This last time it was close to 30 minutes and other times it's been about the same.
Everyone was very friendly. Emily took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
