As new parents with a preterm baby, I have been nothing but pleased with the care and service from the office and Dr. Jones. From making our baby’s newborn appointment to getting a follow up phone call the day after we were discharged to verify information and see if we needed our appointment sooner. Nothing but impressed and mind at ease as a new parent knowing that this office consistently follows up and checks in regarding care plans.
Unprofessional — disrespectful & disgusted to call them selves a pediatrics provider — baby coming out of NICU and denied to be seen, after months of waiting — “no new patients” after multiple conversations with the practice were had… insane and disappointing— I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Only time my child has been seen by actual PCM is during intake as a new patient. Rest of the time stuck with an older provider who is rigid in her ways and what she feels is right for the child regardless of what parent will say or what they see daily with their child.
We see Dr. Talley at the Mansfield location. We first began at this practice in the 2022 with mount first born and continue here with our second. We just had our first visit with our second. Dr. Talley is wonderful. She addresses all of our questions and concerns with such kindness (no matter how silly the question may be). We really enjoy our visits with her. Through the years we’ve seen several other doctors for sick visits and all have been a pleasant experience.
I was able to get a same day sick appointment for my children. Appropriate screening and cultures were obtained. We discussed and implemented a collaborative plan of action with followup.
