I made an appointment for my wife using their web page 2 weeks ahead. I printed the information for the appointment so I'd have all the information. I downloaded and filled out all the paperwork so we were prepared. I took the morning off from work so I could bring her to the office. We arrived at the office early and were told we didn't have an appointment despite the printed page I had that said we did.
