The office staff was very friendly. I was promptly serviced by the nurse and shortly after I was seen by the doctor. A very positive visit

Dr. Chen has been my doctor for 20 plus years. I followed him from his previous practice and I am so happy I did. All of the doctors and staff there are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very happy with my care here.
First visit, I had a very good experience. Starting from scheduling the appointment to meeting the doctor, everything was smooth and very professional. The Columbus office had a very warm and pleasant staff and the doctor Michael was wonderful. He patiently listened and provided the guidance.
