Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended to me by my buildings property management company. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was incredibly helpful and explained everything wrong with my AC unit. Not only did they explain things to me and come out for the first appointment within 24 hours, Jeff went above and beyond to find out if my unit was still under warranty. Super grateful and amazing company
This team was amazing right from the get go. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient - installing two complete AC/furnace systems for us and making sure our “down-time” was kept to a minimum. Very satisfied with the work that was done. It's the best quality of work that I have found. This is definitely the best place to go. I’ve used Empire for years and I think they’re the best. Thanks guys!!
We went with Empire because of the reviews but still managed to get bad service! We called on 10/28, at 10 am. We were given a time frame of 11 to 2:30 pm. My wife called them at 4pm to see what's going on and they were super busy so their running late. My wife than called again at 7pm and was told they will not be able to make it after we waited all day!
