I was referred to his office after a serious facial skin infection. I was directed to get blood drawn and have my blood tested for several things. Once I got to Dr. McKay’s office his receptionist acted very clueless like she was unaware of new patient procedures and was unaware of the blood work that should have been done on me. Its a pleasure having a great Doctor like Dr Mckay, he is very personable and understanding he listens to your concerns and make great decisions from observations!
Not very friendly. I called with questions and their front desk was very rude she couldn’t wait to hang up the phone and did not have a good attitude.
My husband is happy with this Doctor. Very easy in and out. If you miss your appointment with out notice they will charge you. Overall this Doctor cares!!!!!
Dr. McKay has been the best medical experience I have ever had. Dr. McKay explores all options and involves you the patient in care decisions. If communication and options in your care are of interest to you then Dr. McKay is my choice.
