Megan in the pittsfield office was amazing and so helpful. Treated me with respect and made the process easy. She is a huge asset!!!
Taylor at the Pittsfield office enrolled me in a plan beginning one month earlier than I needed insurance and at a price more than twice of what I was quoted by her. MA Health Connector required me to pay one month of that plan before I could open my plan that i had chosen at the lower fee. Advocacy for access cost me a loss of $588.
