Brenda Bednar was amazing to work with in getting approved for a mortgage loan! She made the pre-approval fast and easy! From starting the application to closing, Brenda made sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. I loved that most of the documents to be signed and completed were sent via Docusign to allow for good turnaround time regarding all that was needed to ensure we were on track for our original closing date! I would recommend Brenda to any relatives/friends looking to get approved for a mortgage loan!
