These new homes are well built and beautiful. But a hidden problem is the electricity. I haven't experienced anything like this in my 40 years as home owner. The electricity outlets connection are tripping all the times, and now 30 percent of the outlets are dead. I called an electrician and he inspected the connections and told me it will cost over 5k to fix the problem. A troublesome brand new home.
After several attempts of working with local contractors in Mount Shasta I would rely on Advisor Construction 1000%. They are accurate, detailed professional, and their crew is all educated and skilled with the appropriate backgrounds which makes a difference. I would not trust my General Contractor needs to another. Unfortunately, I had to open a case with the CSLB and even they were impressed with Advisor Construction providing an accurate, detailed report against the builder who built my home in Mount Shasta.
Amazing company. From start to finish the staff, was wonderful, very professional n personable to deal with. I had 2 awnings installed on a front dr entry way and what a difference. ( 8 degrees drop in temp from direct sun). They had lots of colors n styles to choose from. They are priced well, they call, they show up and any issues they take care of. They offer lots of services. I highly recommend Advisor Construction out of Redding. Thank you Noelle, Heather, Tony, Pat n Wade. Great service!!!

Remove additional tiles glued to bottom foot of drywall along interior walls as well as along drywall abutting rim of a large corner tub; 3.Remove a toilet, pedestal sink, and wall cabinet; and 4. Remove a wall to wall mirror above tub an... read more
