Took water sample to them 1 month ago paid $55 never heard from them. Called half a dozens times no results. I checked our checking account and check was never cashed. Whet there today and explained to a different person what had happened. So I got another bottle to get another sample since they lost my info and check the first time. Got home and the bottle had little drops inside of it. So I am not going to put water into a bottle that has some kind of liquid. Not sure how they are in business so unorganized.
