My dad was at Seashore Point for about 2 weeks and he received such great care! Mary is the best and she checks in on him once a week. Which is greatly appreciated!!

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and cooperative. It was very easy to approach people for information. When we discharged my nd, the process was smooth and uncomplicated.,it was difficult to contact anyone on the administrative team on a weekend

Completely horrible services, my grandpa was admitted due to suffering a stroke and they failed to provide him with a toothbrush or brush his teeth for an entire week, the building is unsanitary and dirty making it unfit for recovery. They admitted him to the er after he had a “moment of unresponsiveness” and the facility failed to notify our family and we found out only because we had access to his MyChart notifications.
