This credit union member service and customer service is by far the worse. They will gaslight and manipulate you into thinking that what was discuss was not the actual conversation. I have been paying my loans on time and sometimes alittle more over and they still refuse to give grace. All I wanted was to change the payment day and was told that I cant until i make the first payment. I took out a loan with this bank little less than a year ago. 90 day no payments, setup an auto pay from a checking account that was created. I started putting money into the checking account. First month went by, I kept putting money into the checking account. Looked at the deposit slip, all of the money from the previous month was gone!
