I took out a loan with this bank little less than a year ago. 90 day no payments, setup an auto pay from a checking account that was created. I started putting money into the checking account. I refinanced my car through this bank and they asked for the title. I provided the title and the bank lost and didn't warn me that they never received it so now I have to go through the mess of my interest rate skyrocketing and my payment going up almost $100 per month. They've had months to notify me and neglected to do so. All of my addresses and my phone number are all up to date. This is the downside to banking smaller. I don't even want to go back in this branch I'm more than unhappy.
