What a wonderfully amazing experience! We had a fraudulent claim and everyone that was helping us was absolutely amazing. Very understanding, caring, friendly and professional! Jennifer, the branch manager had all of the paperwork prepared for us, Sydney, that worked at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, walked us through the process efficiently. I’m sorry this is later than intended but I wanted those higher up within Advia to recognize Crystal & Aline at the New Baltimore branch. These two ladies are extremely incredible at what they do every time I go into the branch. They are always ready to go, extremely helpful and they do it in such a professional way that you just feel comfortable and don’t realize that your transaction is finished in literally no time. All I’m gunna say is try any other bank besides these guys cause I been jumping through hoops for weeks and if you call and ask questions someone always gives you a different answer and it’s usually wrong
