Unfortunately, it’s not necessarily This branch‘s fault, every time I go in here the ladies are pretty nice, but Advia decided that if I want a new card, I have to pay five dollars to get a new card shipped to me to use my own money!!! that I have with them!! now mind you I’ve had this card for its life, it expires in just four months!! Just sat on the phone for TEN MINUTES without this place even picking up and asking to put me on hold. Why would I bank or lend with a place that can’t even pick up their phones?
Advia has been consistently kind, thorough and people centered! I appreciate how well they take care of their customers! Great job Advia
Phenomenal staff every time I have banked with them. Unfortunately Advia decided to run thier call center with AI instead of paying people to do the job they were good at. Won’t be opening any new loans as the phone call alone is far more frustrating a robotic than a small credit union like Omni and in the difference in the online user experience is just as bad
