As a new customer of Advia Credit Union, I found the personnel to be competent and congenial in creating my accounts. The Learning Curve for the website is self-explanatory and functions easily to get everything up and running. The Bill Pay has a maximum capacity of 100 but the infrequently-used three not included can be paid by paper check. One of the best financial cooperatives in the Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois region! Nearly of thier simply but innovative products and services exist to better the financial lives of their membership. I recommend Advia to all of my family, friends, and colleagues, I urge you to give them a chance.
The worst experience. I was with Chemical Bank for 6 yrs. Maybe had 3 overdrafts. With Advia 3 months and had 15. Glad i never closed my Chemical account. Will never deal with Advia again.
This has happened more than once! I use the app to make a mortgage payment. The app does NOT show I have have made the payment or that it is pending, 20 hours later. I now think I have made a mistake so I repeat the process because I don't want late charges or to mess up my credit standing. End up with overdraft charges and 2 mortgage payments in one month. It's time to FIX THE **** APP!!
Very poor customer service and you get slapped with overdraft after overdraft fees don't know how they get away with it and the app doesn't make any sense
