Horrible experience trying to reach a live person. AI assistant is just a mess and took me 20 mins for a real person,
Bad service and was rude to me because i have a perfume allergy and the office was so bad i couldn't breathe so i complained and got treated like crap because of my allergies

Just got a auto loan through them and found out there is a $10 "convience fee" for online payments and $15 for a phone payment. I live in Rockford and have to drive to Beloit to make a payment as i dont use checks anymore. A bunch BS
