Like the bank but the VIDEO ATM is very annoying

Theresa Thompson, branch manager, went above and beyond to help me out, and what seemed to be a dire situation. Greatly appreciate her exceptional customer, service skills, patience, understanding and ability to get results.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. They will do anything they can to hold your assets captive, even if it's illegal, and threaten you with lawyers to scare you off. Never take out an auto loan, mortgage, or credit card with them you will regret it.
