hands down the worst customer service ive ever had to deal with. placed a small tshirt order on the 9th of October and it is now the 30th and the shirts have not even gone to print yet. the rep I was working with is awful at responding to emails. and brutal at giving clear details I don't even want to give them 1 star DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I worked for Headline for one full year. Although working at sporting events was great fun, the price of gas for my business travel made me take a closer look at my job. In one week, 6 days, I was required to drive 710 miles! And the worst part was that my commissions for the week totaled $158. after 5 days! When I complained to my boss that this travel was unacceptable, he called me weak and assured me that I was oing to work "closer to home" the following week! I tried several times to resolve payment for past commissions and never got a return call. I was told the Pres. would call and never heard from them again. I would not recommend involvement with this Co.
