Super clear water! The kayaks are much easier to use than the canoes in the shallow areas on the river. Lots of little fish and turtles as well! I got on the water at 9:30am and finished the 11 mile trip at 1pm.
We had an incredible full day here filled with smiles and great vibes! It was the perfect way to get away from the city and just enjoy being out in nature. A huge shoutout to Andrew, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. His recommendations were spot on and really helped make the day seamless. This place is a veritable playground for outdoorsy folks! We did the zipline but there are ropes and challenge courses, kayaking, hiking, camping and cabins available. Highly recommend Adventures Unlimited for anyone that loves to be in the woods! ♥️ STAFF: We did the Forest Canopy Tour with Spencer and Andrew as our "flight" instructors and they were AMAZING. Careful if the water is low . The styx in the river make it hard to get around in specific areas
My partner and I had the most wonderful late January stay at Adventures Unlimited to celebrate my birthday. The accommodations were great in the Lorax Loft, including a clawfoot tub, porch swing, fire pit, grill, picnic table, and spectacular view of Coldwater Creek. I loved that the cabin was located within the woods and along the nature trail, resulting in the exact getaway I was hoping for, free from distractions and responsibilities of daily life.
