This company did a poor job powerwashing and repainting our playset. The swing is also loose. We asked them to tighten it, but they did not. We've tried to call them several times to get these issues resolved but they are not answer their phone. In fact, when you call them, you get this message: "The number you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dial again." But I have checked the number and it's the one they list on their website and in the Google Places page. Have these guys gone out of business?

We bought a treefrogs parrot bay fort set and couldn't be happier with the product - but more importantly the service Adventures Outback provided. Shea was wonderful - he spent an hour and half going over each play set and was easily available for follow up questions later. We had specific landscaping issues that we were trying to work through and he gave us some great advice, as well. We have had the play set for several months and our little girl loves it. I called our local facility with a question and talked with Johnny. He was quick to help and knew what play set we had reference a couple of pictures I sent in. We decided that I needed a new tarp. Within a few days, like 3 days there was a tarp at the front door. Very quick, professional and look forward to calling them again if I need anything for the play set.
