Dan helped us remodel our old staircase from a shabby and dangerous mess into a real stunning showpiece. He met with us to show us his extensive portfolio to help us imagine how we wanted it to look. Normally construction on a central part of the house is a major disruption, but he made it painless and cleaned up after every work day. We’re really happy with the finished product, and can’t wait to show it off to our guests!

We had an outstanding experience working with Dan at Adventures in Wood and highly recommend this business. He recently completed a much-needed full staircase remodel for our 1990’s era home. Asked very basic questions to clarify our understanding of a substantial home project contract before signing and received an extremely rude and unprofessional response. Beyond disappointing.
Hands down this was the best experience I have ever had during a renovation! Dan’s level of expertise, professionalism, punctuality, respect for your space and time, are something to be admired. The quality of his detail work turned our stair case and entry way into a work of art that I enjoy every day.
