After rescheduling once due weather and twice due to work and being sick they refused to reschedule again and would not refund my money to me. A manager was supposed to call me and never did. Very disappointed in how unprofessional and not understanding this company is. Being a resident here and not a tourist I will be sure to let people know not to waste their time or money with this company and refer the sunset cruise in punta gorda
