This place has really gone down hill since new ownership. We’ve been coming to Wildwood for over 30 years, and we always stay here in the same rooms and book out a year in advance. This year unfortunately, we apparently didn’t pay an extra fee to guarantee the same rooms (even though we did) and my 83 year old grand parents had to stay up on the 5th floor. It is a good hotel, however the rooms can be iffy. Ensure to check all beds as soon as you can once you have the room ready, we had an experience with some sand and other issues with the beds. Otherwise, it is a pleasant stay here with excellent location right at the start of the boardwalk and access to the tram car. We come every year and it’s always a good time.
Used to be great. We’ve been staying there for 30 years. This year was a complete disaster. They booked us in the wrong rooms. Are rooms keys constantly were being deactivated for some reason. After 30 years we will not be coming back.
