Re: the owners response; Brian never offered any sort of credit much less a refund. We asked for one day refund as stated in the terms and conditions. We wouldn’t want a free rental day credit much less a weekend or vacation from them. There was no support when we tried to call or text them for help during the trip. Just returned my RV rental after a weekend out at the desert with my family. I had a great experience renting an RV from AdventureKT. RV was clean and ran perfectly. Brian was great and answered all my calls to help answer my questions. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

There is a new owner here since last year. We rented before and had no problems. RV’s were clean, phone calls and all questions were answered, it used to be a quality place to rent. Not any more. We rented recently and it was almost impossible to get accurate information and a clean rental agreement. RV wasn’t ready at the agreed pickup time and when we got it hours late it was dirty and smelled like cat pee. The manager could not have cared less he said we could take it or leave it. Definitely recommend this business for RV rentals! The owner and staff are professional and understanding. They give you the RV extremely clean and walk you around how to operate the RV and the RVs features. Thanks to Adventures KT RV rentals my family and I had an amazing trip!
