Locked in and came in CLUTCH — YES! AdventureKT is the BEST! Joe and the team at AdventureKT truly saved the day. I was in a bind the night before Stagecoach kicked off, desperately needing an RV to get from San Diego to Palm Springs for the weekend. We had a great experience with Joe and Brian. RV was well cleaned, Brian explained us all the details and was available to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be returning, if we need an RV in the future.
Re: the owners response; Brian never offered any sort of credit much less a refund. We asked for one day refund as stated in the terms and conditions. We wouldn’t want a free rental day credit much less a weekend or vacation from them. There was no support when we tried to call or text them for help during the trip. Please see images for the lack of response and inability to reach them. Just returned my RV rental after a weekend out at the desert with my family. I had a great experience renting an RV from AdventureKT. RV was clean and ran perfectly. Brian was great and answered all my calls to help answer my questions. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
