Had a great experience at Adventure365 buying a bike for my son. Melissa was fantastic to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to make sure we found the right bike for him without any pressure. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great service and I’d definitely recommend Adventure365 and Melissa to anyone looking for a bike!
I’ve tried a few bike mechanics in town, and Mike at Adventure 365 is the best I’ve dealt with. He replaced my cassette and chain and gave my bike a tune-up. The rattling is gone and it now runs and shifts smooth as silk. Mike really knows his stuff and does great work. Melissa and Jay at the front counter are also friendly and helpful. Great experience all around — highly recommend Adventure 365!
Fast fix, friendly service.
They know their bikes. Helped me repair my daughter's bike. Even corrected the disastrous attempt I had made to put on training wheels. Also saw a lot of satisfacted customers while I was waiting. This will definitely be my go to shop for my next purchase.
Great customer service! Was able to quickly help me in a pinch! Awesome team
