I’ve been buying my families ski equipment here for years now ! Always an awesome experience. The staff makes sure that everything fits properly and is tailored to your style before you leave. Derek personally hooked me up once with some ski waxing on a very tight window of time and I’m forever grateful ! Thanks everybody !
UPDATE: I believe part of the issue was some miscommunication and misunderstanding of expectations. The manager reached out to me promptly after leaving this review and corrected the issue. Everyone was very kind and helpful with exchanging the skis. I am very happy with my new setup. Thank you for ensuring I am comfortable with my purchase! I would never shop here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I bought skis here, which are not a cheap product, and when I got them home I realized that they were damaged (scratch across the base). I brought them back in expecting that I would be taken seriously and offered a replacement set, refund, or some kind of discount to account for the damage. Took my son's snowboard in cause there was broken strap on the binding, a lovely helpfully employee aided us in a solution instead of buying a new binding was able to get a replacement strap, instead of charging me for the strap she let us have it, it had come off another board
Fantastic service, great selection, taken care of from the moment we walked in, will definitely recommend anyone I know in this area to come here.
