I used to bring my e-bike here for service. They told me the original brakes were no good and needed to be replaced. Years later, I found out they installed brakes that aren't compatible with my bike's motor cutoff sensor… meaning the motor is supposed to disengage when I pull the brake lever, but it no longer does because of the replacement parts they used. Went there with an issue with my Thule roof rack. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, solving my problem and making my experience positive. Would absolutely recommend!
My handlebars were really loose and they were coming apart and they fix the handlebar like with brand new
