Terrible experience. I went to this place to get new tires, they didn’t have in stock and said delivery would take about an hour, so I paid and left. After THREE hours waiting I call to get an explanation and the manager just told me the delivery was arriving. One hour later I went personally to the store, my tires still “arriving”. After waiting there for another half hour I ask for a refund and the manager even got upset. These people should learn to value their customer’s time more. Una muy mala experiencia lleve a alinear un carro y no me pudieron imprimir el reporte grafico de alineación sin esas pruebas nisiquiera se si lo alinearon o no. Necesitaba ese documento para que el seguro se hiciera responsable por este gasto y ellos solo dijeron no funciona la impresora, sorry se borro etc… very unprofessional.
