I communicated with owner Aaron Lambright many times by email about swapping out our old Dometic fridge for a new Dutchaire fridge/freezer. My wife & I made the commitment to drive from central NC to Adventure RV in Shipshewana IN. We were able to stay overnight in the parking lot at their nice facility for a 6:AM appointment. What a improovement, nothing to compare! We got the 2x 12V compressor kit installed in the back of our AC/Propane Norcold 2118 by Jared and Aaron. As canadian snowbirds we spent our last winter with our Montana fifth wheel in Arizona. That was a constant stress to be pooring a spoiled milk in our cofee in the morning. Aaron has installed a complete solar system, new 3000W inverter, DC to DC charger and a dual 12V compressor on our Norcold 1200, all over the past 3 years. This year we decided to upgrade the Norcold to a new larger Dutch Aire 2417 and the work as usual was outstanding in all ways. When we Ieave our coach in his hands I know I have nothing to worry about. They are very professional and dependable as well. The new Dutch Aire looks even better then a OEM install too.
Aaron and his team were very courteous and very knowledgeable on the services they provided. We had them install a complete solar system with Victron lithium batteries, and after talking with Aaron, we decided to go ahead and swap our Norcold refrigerator for the Dutchaire 2419 refrigerator. The installations blend in perfectly and look like they were part of the original design. We’re going on four days with the new solar system and Dutchaire and we are so incredibly happy with them! My Adventure RV experience has been very satisfying. From the first contact I made with Aaron, and the manufacturing arm (JC Refrigeration) the communication process has been clear, consistent and helpful. The assessment of my reefer failure was done promptly and an appropriate solution proposed. Adventure handled the contact with the extended warranty company and I will be getting the check to cover the cost of replacing the cooling unit with a more effective one.
