We recently purchased a new 5th wheel and Nikko and Kathy have been fantastic to deal with. Nikko was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and discuss any concerns. He wasn't pushy at all and wanted to make sure we were also happy with our choice. Kathy walked us thru all our options and again made sure we were happy with our choices. We are picking up the trailer this week and cannot wait! Thanks again to everyone at Adventures!
We looked at at least six other RV Dealers and the customer service from Adventure is second to none. Kathy responded immediately and put us in touch with Nikko who was friendly, helpful and answered my 700 questions very swiftly. They took the time to find the perfect unit for our family, we will definitely be back when it's time for a different camper!
We went looking at a trailer. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They clearly explained how the financing worked and made it simple to understand the buying process. We haven't found our trailer yet but we hope to do business with them as they made us feel like family.
