We own a sxs so wasn’t really sure what to expect with a rental, was a great experience beginning to end. Great business and the trails around hill city were a blast. Everyone in the family loved it.
Had a flat tire about mid point of a 4 hour rental. I sent them a text with a rendezvous point and they were there in 20 mins with a new tire…. And our adventures continued. Excellent customer service. Way fun day!!!
We spent the day in the Hill City area exploring! The Polaris Xpedition we rented from Adventure Rentals performed excellent! We could not have asked for a better vehicle to handle the terrain and environment we experienced. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They explained the rental process and equipment very throughly. We were even given a tablet loaded with trails and waypoints that they offered guidance and expertise of the trails and where to travel to enjoy our day. Loved renting from Adventure Rentals, great vehicle and for the price of half day you get to see alot of back trails and places even locals dont get to get out to.
BEST UTV RENTAL COMPANY IN THE BLACK HILLS! Also one of the VERY few that carry Polaris. Amazing customer service from the time of booking up until after the machine was returned. They don't just care about their machines but they want their customers to have a great time!
