My daughter has been coming to Adventure for a couple of years now. Communication has always been top notch! I never had braces growing up so once I discovered my daughter would need them, I was overwhelming and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully the staff and management would always explain to me what was going on, why they were doing something a certain way, and they gave me a roadmap of what to expect moving forward. They never made me feel silly for asking a million questions. I highly recommend their services!
They will charge your card back to back continuously. I talked to them about it . They refund me the money then the very next day took it again … I’m out of words . Good place for children but need better communication and better care with their patients finances.
I have been going to Adventure orthodontics for about 4 years and I am 14. It has been amazing! They have always been very helpful and explanatory! All of the orthodontic assistances are very nice and great at doing their job! I always feel welcomed and appreciated at every appointment!
My kids and I absolutely LOVE Adventure Orthodontics!!!! The friendly staff make us feel so welcome and comfortable! I appreciate the time they give us without rushing through our appointments. Dr. Matt McCoy and Layne McCord are always kind, patient, and willing to discuss any questions or concerns we have. The payment plan and discounts offered our the best I've found!!! The office is super nice, always clean, and they play fun music! I HIGHLY recommend AO!
We absolutely love Adventure orthodontics!! Everyone there is fantastic, but Kaydence was extra great the last few visits! Definitely would recommend to everyone, they always seem take good care of the whole family
