If I could leave 0 stars I would and oh boy I have many things to say, came to this orthodontist to get my permanent retainer fixed because it popped off a tooth. My daughter has been coming to Adventure for a couple of years now. Communication has always been top notch! I never had braces growing up so once I discovered my daughter would need them, I was overwhelming and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully the staff and management would always explain to me what was going on, why they were doing something a certain way, and they gave me a roadmap of what to expect moving forward. They never made me feel silly for asking a million questions. I highly recommend their services!
They will charge your card back to back continuously. I talked to them about it . They refund me the money then the very next day took it again … I’m out of words . Good place for children but need better communication and better care with their patients finances.
I have been going to Adventure orthodontics for about 4 years and I am 14. It has been amazing! They have always been very helpful and explanatory! All of the orthodontic assistances are very nice and great at doing their job! I always feel welcomed and appreciated at every appointment!
