I had a great experience at Adventure Orthodontics. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they always make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions you have. They have also been very flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciate since we come from far away.
All the staff are amazing and extremely respectful. I HIGHLY recommend adventure orthodontics.
We went in for a consultation for my 4 year old, and Amy was amazing! She spoke directly to my son and made him feel confident and heard. I was very impressed with her and the staff. My son had a fantastic experience when he'd been so nervous for the appointment. Amy included him so well, and when we left he said "that's the best dentist ever!"
The care is great. As long as you can book 4 months in advance. This has been a continual problem with scheduling and “not having appointments” for 6-8 weeks out. Then if you want an appointment that is middle of the day it’s even worse. This is my 3rd kid with them and it has gotten continuously worse. I have my account totally paid off which means I owe nothing to finish the brace routine with my daughter but I can’t get appointments, even though I have already paid for them. We had a great experience at Adventure Orthodontics today! My daughter was a little nervous about her appointment, but Jaycee took such good care of her and made her feel comfortable right away. She was kind, patient, and explained things in a way that really put my daughter at ease. The whole team was friendly and professional. We’re really grateful for the care they gave her today!
