Called about getting some tires mounted on some wheels for my adventure bike and they fit me in on a Saturday same day and were quick and did a great job. Only issue is they were little unclear about pricing over phone to what was said vs end price picking them up. Was more expensive but not unreasonable, just a surprise
I’ve been in the shop a dozen times, to buy parts, ask questions or to kick tires. Chad is always willing to answer questions and never made me feel like I had to buy. Eventually, I was ready to buy a new bike for my son. I appreciate the effortless buying process.
