Fantastic experience with Jack from Adventure Moto. My Klim jacket was replaced under warranty, and the process was seamless. Klim approved the warranty claim within 48 hr, and Jack worked over the weekend to get the replacement sorted with upgraded express shipping FOC. I have been an AdventureMoto customer for quite a few years now and have always experienced great service and product selection both online and in-store. My most recent experience was replacing my Klim badlands pro suit and Krios pro helmet through the Klim US gear warranty scheme. I am truly thankful for the quality of Klim gear because it saved my bacon in a nasty high speed dirt road crash last December - my newish 1300GS was trashed but I 'limped away' with some broken bones and a bad concussion.
