My friend and I booked the Palms to Vines Wine Tasting Tour. Our guide, Richard, was so communicative and helpful. He picked us up on time and was a joy to have as our leader. The tour was fantastic, and we visited some wonderful wineries. I cannot say enough about our experience. (We made it back to the hotel with a case of wine, so you know it was good!) This company is laughable. Booked a hummer tour from Palm Springs to Temecula Valley for 4 people. Our driver Richard was communicative and on time, but everything else about the trip felt uncomfortable, weird and sort of creepy. We didn’t get a hummer, instead he showed up in a Ford Explorer and offered some vague explanation that varied throughout the trip. Completely unprofessional. My husband booked the October 9th Joshua Tree hummer tour yesterday for us. Super excited to see the monument. We get to the pickup spot early and no one’s there. Another tour is at the same location to pick up their folks, but our tour is MIA. We stand around and wait. And wait some more, and wait, and wait. Tried calling the tour and had to leave a voicemail.
