Large facility, so it's not crowded. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really does have a family vibe to it. It's not just a gimmicky sales pitch. More importantly to me was they aren't overly pushy and I was able to move at my own pace. Hell, I worked with two sales people over 2 years before I finally pulled the trigger. Thanks Brianna and Thanks to Josh especially.
