Friendly staff. Experienced staff. No high pressure sales and they try to meet your needs. We feel like family here no matter what the reason is for stopping. We recommend this dealership for any bikers needs.
my husband hit a deer in September and got his bike fixed here. it took him until today. Dec 13th to get it back!!! after having to call them several times to get any kind of update through the whole process. when they finally did deliver his bike the check engine light was on, the tire was all messed up and THEY LOST HIS LICENSE PLATE!!!!!!!! When he brought all this to their attention they pretty much said oh well your loss!!! very rude!!! after reading all the reviews it sounds like they do this kind of shady stuff before... read more

was going up to look at a machine, ended up having some issues and called them back letting them know I would be a little later than I thought. we ended up not getting to the dealership until after 4pm on a saturday, the sales and finance staff all had no issues staying a little later, it was a 3 hour trip for me there. ended up not leaving the dealership until 730pm, those guys stayed over that long, and I never felt rushed at all. this is the kind of dealership I love going to, highly recommended and will be making a trip ... read more
