After 6 1/2 months I finally got what I initially paid for however it was through constant contact from my end and being very patient. The problem I see with this company (AVF)is they have got too big and haven't the quantity of staff trained to do their proper job. Once you hand over your money you're at their peril and they dictate the terms and conditions in how you're attended too.
