Customer service here is fantastic! Selection is great! I went here because the electric bike store closer to me in Dallas did not have any bikes in stock in my size (female, petite) but this store had so many to try out and I found one that fit just right. They delivered it, too and gave me a full demo on its use! An electric bike is a great option for me -it gets me out more often and a farther range - I get to choose how much work I do and it allows me to ignore my bad knee.
