After checking out a few other CrossFit gyms around Portland, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this location. Coaches are great, helpful, and informative. The scheduled workouts are a good mix of strength training, cardio, and practicing new movements. As someone new to CrossFit it can be a little intimidating; however the other members really make it fun and create a welcoming environment. They also provide adventures like hikes, camping, and snowshoeing trips. I highly recommend dropping in for a workout!
