Place is new, very nice. Seems like each person I spoke knew how to handle everything. Do not like the change on weekends with using drive-thru ATM only. Used to be able to speak to someone now relying on computer(AI). Feels less personal more like Chime or USSA online.
Mallory went above my expectations helping me apply for loan. Found a way to get me the lowest interest rate on the loan. Thank you!
Horrible customer service can't make a payment for a new loan without a member number but you are to stupid to send it to my address
Adventure is not my normal bank, but they were in network with my current bank, I needed to make a withdraw urgently. Kourtney was amazingly kind, helpful, and patient with me! She was happy to wait while I had to make a phone call and even offered to assist with whatever she could! Amazing business with amazing staff!
Samantha was such a great helper and explained everything in detail, I 100% recommend Samantha helping anybody out with your questions or concerns !!
