The best credit union in town of grand rapids!! Been with them for about 5 years now. And compared to other so called credit unions with their high monthly fees and overdraft charges. Adventure credit union is not like them Adventure credit union is far more better. And only costs $5.00 to open a account ! You will not find that in other credit unions in grand rapids
Exellent service opened an account quick and fast and very polite and helping
Place is new, very nice. Seems like each person I spoke knew how to handle everything. Do not like the change on weekends with using drive-thru ATM only. Used to be able to speak to someone now relying on computer(AI). Feels less personal more like Chime or USSA online.
Mallory went above my expectations helping me apply for loan. Found a way to get me the lowest interest rate on the loan. Thank you!
